Our site incorporates 256 bits SSL encryption to protect our customer information. We will not provide and/or sell any portion of our customer information to other indivuals and.or business entities for any reasons. We do not keep customer's credit card information on our site so no one will be able to retrieve the credit card information.

Cancellation of order placed is to be done within 24 hours after the order is been placed and the cancellation need to be notified to us by sending email to sales@compactimpact.com.

Cancellation email has to include the unique order number issued bu us and the contact information ( phone number and email address).

We accept returns within 10 days after the delivery of the ordered products and 10% restocking charge may be deducted from the refund payment except the item delivered in defected condition. Any missing items from the original contents may result additional charge or deduction to the refund payments.

Return Authorization Code (RA Code) must be obtained by contacting info@compactimpact.com by email and the returning shipping address will be provided with the RA Code to the customer.

Products marked as "Personal Trading Products" is delivered form the origin of the product and may include shipping cost to the product price mentioned on our site. Please refer to the description of the product for details for each products.

Products with free shipping service will be shipped from the manufacturer of the products and include express mail or air freight shipping cost in th eproduct price. Delivery may take from 5 to 7 business days depends on the destination.
